Atlas Welding Supply Company is a 78-year-old distributor of industrial gases, welding supplies, medical gases, and hospitality gases. Headquartered in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with a location in Birmingham, our business is rapidly growing, and we are implementing an inside sales function.
The inside sales representative will be responsible for managing and directing the day-to-day interactions with the accounts assigned to inside sales effectively and proactively. The consistent and effective communications will ensure each customer is engaged and up to date with the offers and value Atlas provides. The goal of this role is to improve customer retention while ultimately increasing sales and gross margin dollars. Success will be measured by the ability to increase sales, gross margin dollars and measured improvements with the overall customer experience.
