We built our Specialty Gas Center in Pasco, WA, specifically to meet the needs of organizations across the PNW. Our central location allows for reliable, fast delivery of specialty gases across the region.
Our Specialty Gas Center allows us to separate industrial gas production and specialty gas production, with separate vaporizers, pumps and filling manifolds to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. We use a strict vacuum/bake-out and testing process for every cylinder to ensure 99.999% purity.
A roller process reduces stratification, and a special residual-pressure valve minimizes contamination when open. All bulk tanks are meticulously inspected before shipping. Each shipment and cylinder undergoes stringent purity and accuracy checks.
We can provide you with permanent batch records and individual, serial-number-linked records upon request. Every cylinder and valve is clearly labeled for your internal review and documentation process.
In addition, our Specialty Gas Center has an analytical lab that uses advanced equipment, including a Microsensor Technology Inc (MTI) micro gas chromatograph, to analyze and test every gas mixture for quality and purity.
