In 1944, Lawrence Amzy Morgan purchased the company and, two years later, renamed it City Carbonic Sales & Service. Recognizing the industry’s evolving needs, we transitioned into a Department of Transportation (DOT) approved hydro test facility in 1982, specializing in the service, safety and supply of compressed gas cylinders.
